For those of us that want to text chat or talk about one of the games, development or use voice while playing one of the games online, we have both a voice and text chat channel. We are using Discord for that purpose.

Discord is a free to use solution that runs on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android and also in any browser. It allows private conversations as well as open ones in different rooms.
