If snowdrop is reading this, it's maybe better to write most things in english and just a few things or details, which can't be translated lossless or doesn't make sense to be translated.
TorbenBeta wrote:Dark Legion = Finstere Legion
oder vielleicht dunkle Legion?
I think only "finster" and "düster" can describe the scary touch of undead and drakes a bit dangerous, too. Furthermore "dunkel" just sound like they are bad eluminated.
TorbenBeta wrote:House of Nobles = Adelshaus
Haus der Edlen oder Noblen? Man müsste Snowdrop fragen wieso er die Bezeichnung gewählt hat.
*mhm* I don't think so:
http://www.dict.cc/?s=house+of and "Adel" is the historical equal to "nobels"
TorbenBeta wrote:Merfolk = Meervolk oder Merfolk lassen( wird verstanden und entspricht nicht der BfW Bezeichnung)
Meermenschen und dann Meermann wäre auch eine Option.
The main problem with "merfolk" is the fact, it's a fantasy name.
TorbenBeta wrote:Attitude ~ Verhalten, würde jedoch ein Wort, wie Tückebolde, bevorzugen
Einstellung oder Verhalten. Tückebolde habe ich noch niemals gehört.
Sure you never heard that word before. it does not really exist anymore. I found it here:
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/T%C3%BCcke and it's used her:
http://www.spiegel.de/spiegel/spiegelspecialgeschichte/d-56767780.htmlUsing "attitude" as a breed will become a problem, we don't have an equal word and have to create a new one. "Attitüde" would not match.
The breed attitude haves 3 properties "Deceptive" (~"täuschend","betrügend"), "Buy other loyalty"(~"Treue einkaufen") and "Espionage" (~"Spionage"). So thay are "tückisch" and we need a word, describing a person being that. other synonyms here:

Reich könnte Erinnerungen an Deutschland 1933-45 wecken... Ich wäre für Imperium.
Additional we could use "Weltreich" it's a synonym of "Imperium". This won't be evocative of National Socialistic German Labor Party.
